OH CANADA!!!!

Well, we've arrived in Canada. After a 2 hour delay at customs we passed through to the "promised land." We have some girls on the tour who think this might be the "land flowing with milk and husbands!" So we'll see.
Right now we're in Calgary. It's hot. It's been warm almost everywhere since I came on tour so I should be getting used to it. I'm looking forward to heading even further north to where it should be cooler.
On my day off this week, me and the other staff that were off, went tubing on the Madison river. That was so much fun. We just sat on the tube and went with the flow of the river. Montana is beautiful. The mountains were right beside the river. It was just awesome!
Tour is going very well. The children are doing good. I thank God every day for the oppurtunity to be with them. They teach me so much.
My sister Helen had a baby boy!! His name is Jason William. He is super cute, on the pictures that I saw at least. But Helen's kids always are cute. It would be nice to go home and see him but I guess I'll do that in October.

Here are some pictures of tour so far...

Auntie Liz, Ruth, Oliva, Esther and I in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Olivia and Joan in Jackson Wyoming. Aren't they gorgeous?:)

Here we are in Idaho...

Hello everyone! How are you? We are in Idaho, the "Potato" state. I've spent so much time in big cities like LA, Sacramento, Phoenix etc. that I'm surprised when I see a gravel road. What kind of Manitoban am I anyway?:)
Tour so far has been great! We've been in California, Arizona, New Mexico,(Albuquerque is so nice) Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Idaho. We were in California for a long time and not so long in all the other states.
My mom and dad and my sisters Cathy and Chrissy, came out for a few days when we were in Colorado. That was fun. It was nice to take a break from tour for a few days and relax with family.
Next week Thursday we are crossing the border into Canada! Home sweet home... almost. We aren't going to Manitoba. The closest we'll come is Lethbridge Alberta. We are going to Fort St. John B.C. where many of my second cousins live so we'll see if any of them come to the concert. We are headed up to Alaska.
We have a pretty scheduled tour here. We do concerts on Wednesday and Friday evenings and then on Sunday we do one or two concerts in the morning and one in the evening. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are school days. We travel on concert days and Saturdays. Most of the time we don't travel more then 2 or 3 hours a day. Our concerts are scheduled in towns pretty close together.
Well that's all for now.
